Welcome to our 6-month Group Career Development Program, specially designed for youth aged 16 to 24. At Kasule & Balya Coaching, we are passionate about youth leveraging their strengths, finding their purpose and developing the skills and knowledge they need to embark on a successful career path.

The vision of the RISE Youth Mentoring Program is to nurture a generation of confident, purpose driven youth who embrace their identity, connect deeply with themselves and navigate their careers with clarity, competence and impact to the community at large.

The mission of the program is to guide and empower young Muslims in discovering their strengths, aligning their careers with their faith and purpose, and equipping them with the skills, mindset and network needed to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.
